Juventus is interested in signing Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette this summer and the north London club will consider a player-plus-cash offer, according to reports.

Although Lacazette has featured prominently under Mikel Arteta, he only has two years remaining on his current contract and the club’s hierarchy have identified him as a player they could cash in on to raise transfer funds.

Arsenal’s priority this summer has been to wrap up a contract extension for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and once he has put pen to paper they will shift their attention to selling Lacazette.

According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Juventus are keeping tabs on the French striker and are considering making a move, with the side in need of more goals in their squad.

Arsenal is prepared to do a deal for Lacazette at the right price – reportedly valuing him at around £30million – but would also entertain a swap deal with Juve.
